Program Enrollment

By enrolling in the Intuitive Impact Academy (IIA), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Enrollment grants you access to course materials, community spaces, and program support for a period of 12 months, subject to timely and ongoing payment.

Payment Options

You may choose one of the following payment options at checkout:

• Upfront Payment
  Pay $4,400 in full at the time of enrollment.

• Split Payment Plan
  Pay an initial installment of $2,250 at enrollment, followed by a second installment of $2,250, billed 30 days from the date of enrollment.

• Installment Plan
  Pay 12 monthly installments of $440, billed every 30 days from the date of enrollment.

All payments are processed through our secure payment provider at the time they are due.

Payment Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your selected payment method remains valid and up to date for the duration of the program. You may update your payment details at any time via your student billing profile.

Failed Payments & Access Removal

• If a scheduled installment payment fails, the system will automatically retry the payment up to three times within a 14-day period.

• If payment is not successfully collected after three attempts, your enrollment will be cancelled.

• Upon cancellation, your access to the Intuitive Impact Academy platform, course materials, and community spaces will be revoked.

• All progress, course history, and stored data within the learning platform will be permanently lost.

Re-Enrollment

If access is lost due to payment default and you wish to return:

• You must re-enroll through a new checkout link.

• Owaken may, at its discretion, provide a coupon to deduct any prior payments made.

• Re-enrollment is not automatic and is subject to the terms and payment structure in place at the time of re-enrollment.

Commitment

By enrolling in the Intuitive Impact Academy, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for making all payments on time.

• Failure to pay results in loss of access and progress without refund.

• The installment plan is not a month-to-month subscription. It is a payment arrangement for a full 12-month program.

• You remain responsible for the full program balance unless your enrollment is cancelled due to non-payment.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
