Our Trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator Training is for those who hold integrity and mastery above all else and feel called to walk a heart-led path in the healing arts.

By the end of the program, you’ll not only feel confident facilitating breathwork but also have an advanced understanding of how to work with the nervous system, subconscious mind, and non-ordinary states of consciousness.

This training option is now completely self-paced and available on-demand via our online training platform.

There are no live calls and instead you will have access to a series of bi-weekly call recordings along with the 34 comprehensive video modules.
The training is open for enrollment now and you can begin as soon as your first payment has been confirmed.
Yes this training includes accommodations for individuals during pregnancy.

While we do not recommend participating in all techniques at all phases of pregnancy, you can still learn the entire curriculum and practice in ways that will empower you as a breathwork facilitator.
You’ll be guided by Owaken’s founders, Hella Weston and Lukis Mac, who bring their combined experience, integrity, and passion for Breathwork to every aspect of the training.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn directly from both Hella and Lukis as they lead different parts of the video modules.
Together, they create a rich and powerful learning experience that blends their unique strengths and perspectives.
This program is designed for individuals who have a foundational level of self-awareness, spiritual development and emotional intelligence.

You do not need to be a coach or facilitator already to apply.
This training program does include training on energy work and intuitive development. Please use your discernment and follow what feels inspiring, supportive and genuinely useful for you.

We encourage healthy skepticism and discernment however if you are closed-minded to spirituality altogether and don't want to learn breathwork in a way that views the mind, body and soul as key aspects of healing, this is probably not the training for you.
