We’ve created a highly comprehensive 12-month online training program that weaves together the most cutting-edge knowledge and tools to help you become a world-class trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator.

The training is by application only and we have specific selection criteria to ensure our facilitators are ready for the responsibility that comes with both the training and the responsibility of safely facilitating Breathwork in your community.

Our Trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitation is for those who hold integrity above all else and feel called to walk a heart-led path in the healing arts.

This training is designed to empower you to step into your own leadership — to build your own brand, create aligned offerings, and serve your community in a way that reflects your unique calling.

It’s for those ready to become self-led, self-employed, and purpose-driven facilitators.

As a result, we do not offer full-time facilitator or coaching roles following this training.

THIS COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING INCLUDES:

    With 34 modules and over 160 video lessons, we’ll guide you step by step through everything you need to master breathwork, trauma-informed facilitation, somatic processing, and energy work.

    Each module is designed to deepen your knowledge and sharpen your skills—so that by the end of the program, you’ll not only feel confident facilitating breathwork but also have an advanced understanding of how to work with the nervous system, subconscious mind, and non-ordinary states of consciousness.

    Twice a month, you’ll join live, interactive training calls where Hella will lead guided breathwork journeys, in-depth Q&A sessions, and real-time mentorship to refine your facilitation skills.

    These calls allow you to ask questions, receive direct feedback, and experience the techniques first-hand so you can embody them fully.

Held via Zoom, these 2.5-hour sessions are designed to guide you through key themes, offer real-time support, and deepen your understanding of the work. You’ll follow a steady rhythm of live calls, integration periods, and practice sessions — creating a balanced and embodied learning experience.

All calls are recorded, so you can catch up at a time that works for you, wherever you are in the world. We welcome students from across the globe to join this journey.

34 IN-DEPTH MODULES
Over 200+ video lessons delivered through our OBFT Virtual Library. Each module is released gradually to support focused learning without overwhelm.

WEEKLY STUDY STRUCTURE
Every week, you'll receive a new module with video teachings, digital course manual chapters, and guided assignments. These build progressively, supporting your growth and confidence.

PRIVATE STUDENT COMMUNITY
Engage with fellow students inside our dedicated sacred space. This space is essential for connection, reflection, and shared learning. Active participation is a required part of the training.

FACILITATION PRACTICE OPPORTUNITIES
Practice guiding and receiving Owaken Breathwork sessions with fellow students.

She has meticulously designed the entire 12-month curriculum to ensure facilitators are not only knowledgeable but embody the principles of masterful facilitation. Her passion is in training facilitators to develop precision, presence, and deep intuitive confidence—so they can hold space for life-changing breakthroughs with skill, integrity, and authenticity.

  • All live calls (approximately 2.5 hours each) are recorded and made available for you to watch at a time that suits you, wherever you are in the world. Live attendance is encouraged, but not required — you can still keep up with the training and meet all certification requirements by watching the replays. We welcome students from across the globe to join this journey.

  • Stay tuned — we’ll share more details as they become available.

  • Live calls are held bi-weekly on Saturdays, Los Angeles time.

  • Yes this training includes accommodations for individuals during pregnancy.

    While we do not recommend participating in all techniques at all phases of pregnancy, you can still learn the entire curriculum and practice in ways that will empower you as a breathwork facilitator.

  • As Owaken grows, our time and availability is limited. Hella has developed the Facilitator Training curriculum and it is her passion to teach and mentor facilitators.

    Lukis Mac and Hella Omega will be teaching 50% of the pre-recorded video modules each throughout the entire training.

    We’re really excited to offer another round of the training with this call structure.

  • No. You do not need to be a coach or facilitator already to apply. This program is designed for individuals who have a foundational level of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and spiritual development.

    Our Trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitation is for those who hold integrity above all else and feel called to walk a heart-led path in the healing arts.

    This training is designed to empower you to step into your own leadership — to build your brand, create aligned offerings, and serve your community in a way that reflects your unique calling.

    It’s for those ready to become self-led, self-employed, and purpose-driven facilitators.
    As a result, Owaken does not offer full-time facilitator or coaching roles upon completion of the training.

  • This training includes components of energy work and intuitive development, alongside trauma-informed breathwork practices. We encourage healthy skepticism and invite you to use your own discernment — follow what feels genuinely supportive, inspiring, and aligned for you.

    That said, if you’re completely closed to spirituality and prefer a purely clinical or physical approach, this may not be the right fit. Our approach views the mind, body, and soul as interconnected aspects of healing.
