The training is by application only and we have specific selection criteria to ensure our facilitators are ready for the responsibility that comes with both the training and the responsibility of safely facilitating Breathwork in your community.

Our Trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitation is for those who hold integrity above all else and feel called to walk a heart-led path in the healing arts.

This training is designed to empower you to step into your own leadership — to build your own brand, create aligned offerings, and serve your community in a way that reflects your unique calling.

It’s for those ready to become self-led, self-employed, and purpose-driven facilitators.

As a result, we do not offer full-time facilitator or coaching roles following this training.

    Twice a month, you’ll join live, interactive training calls where Hella will lead guided breathwork journeys, in-depth Q&A sessions, and real-time mentorship to refine your facilitation skills.

    These calls allow you to ask questions, receive direct feedback, and experience the techniques first-hand so you can embody them fully.

All calls are recorded, so you can catch up at a time that works for you, wherever you are in the world. We welcome students from across the globe to join this journey.

Over 200+ video lessons delivered through our OBFT Virtual Library. Each module is released gradually to support focused learning without overwhelm.

WEEKLY STUDY STRUCTURE

LUKIS MAC

Lukis is a masterful facilitator and mentor, skillfully integrating somatic awareness with coaching, energy work and breathwork.

He guides individuals to release stress, tension, unexpressed emotions, trauma and limiting beliefs, helping them reconnect with clarity, vitality, creativity and authentic power.

His gift is in teaching facilitators how to align somatic awareness with transformational coaching, so they can create breakthroughs that are not only healing but deeply sustainable.

  • Yes, all live calls will be recorded and made available for you to watch later at your convenience, each live call is approx. 2.5 hours.

    You do not have to attend live to be able to keep up with the training schedule and pass all certification requirements.

  • The mentorship begins on 6th February 2026 and runs for 12 months

  • Our live group calls take place every second Friday at 3:00 PM (Pacific Time / Los Angeles).
    This rhythm allows for integration and steady progress between each session.

    If you’re joining from another part of the world, you can easily check your local time using any online time zone converter.

    And if you can’t make it live, replays are always available within 24 hours, so you’ll never miss a thing.

  • Yes this training includes accommodations for individuals during pregnancy.

    While we do not recommend participating in all techniques at all phases of pregnancy, you can still learn the entire curriculum and practice in ways that will empower you as a breathwork facilitator.

  • As Owaken grows, our time and availability is limited. Hella has developed the Facilitator Training curriculum and it is her passion to teach and mentor facilitators.

    Lukis Mac and Hella Weston will be teaching 50% of the pre-recorded video modules each throughout the entire training.

    We’re really excited to offer another round of the training with this call structure.

  • This program is designed for individuals who have a foundational level of self-awareness, spiritual development and emotional intelligence.

    You do not need to be a coach or facilitator already to apply.

  • This training program does include training on energy work and intuitive development. Please use your discernment and follow what feels inspiring, supportive and genuinely useful for you.

    We encourage healthy skepticism and discernment however if you are closed-minded to spirituality altogether and don't want to learn breathwork in a way that views the mind, body and soul as key aspects of healing, this is probably not the training for you.

  • Yes and so much more. The live calls will include breathwork, energy work, meditation, advanced theory and more.

  • During our Early Bird period (available through November 2025), the pay-in-full option is $8,000 USD, saving you $1,000.

    If you prefer a payment plan, you can join with 12 monthly payments of $750 USD, bringing the total to $9,000 USD.

    After the Early Bird period ends, the standard investment will be $9,000 USD pay-in-full or 8 monthly payments of $1,200 USD (total $9,600 USD).
